Corporate Benefits & Perks Pak

Redwood Mortgage Services is pleased to announce that we have partnered with a growing number of local businesses to provide discounts to local employees through its Corporate Benefits and Perks Pak Programs.  Everything from mortgage and real estate discounts, to spa services and furniture stores!  These discounts are only available to people who work for a participating employer; not the general public.  Your employer thought it was important to bring these discounts to you as a way to say "thank you" for your invaluable service!

Corporate Benefits Program

 1 Hour Free Receive one-hour free consultation when you use a participating attorney.  Free consultation is not limited to the topic of real estate and may be used for up to 3 months after your purchase or refinance loan closing.  Free consultation is void if loan does not fund through Redwood Mortgage Services.  Attorney may request completed HUD-1 Settlement Statement or verify loan closing with Redwood Mortgage Services directly.   $150 $150

Corporate Discount Program Requirements:
  • At least one person on the new loan with Redwood Mortgage Services and/or Deed of Trust must be an active employee with a participating employer in order to take advantage of any/all discounts.
  • Verification of current employment with a valid participating employer will be collected by Redwood Mortgage Services via employment verification and/or current pay stub which is required for any purchase or refinance mortgage transaction.

 

 

Perks Pak

Perks Pak is a discount program outside of the Corporate Benefits Program.  These discounts are available with no requirement except that you are a participating employee.  With a growing list of service providers, Perks Pak is for employees who are looking for furniture, spa services, cleaning services, etc.  A list of providers and Perks Pak guidelines are listed below.
