We had targeted a closing date in only 3 weeks from the acceptance of our offer and we were using a VA loan. Stuart's knowledge and experience with VA loans was exceptional. The final complication was that the sale of my previous home got delayed due to a mishandling of the paperwork by my buyers agent. This caused a significant amount of work for Stuart, but he and his team worked wonders and we were able to move in exactly on schedule.

Our property refinance and situation was extremely demanding and problematic and Stuart was there all the way offering his expertise and support anytime day or night. Stuart’s advice and industry know how has been priceless. He managed to arrange a significantly better deal than anyone else saving us thousands.
